Partnerships
Sudell is a member of the Aldridge Education family of schools, which locally also includes Darwen Aldridge Community Academy, Darwen Vale High School and Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio school.
The Trust also has schools in Manchester, London and the South East.
The majority of our children progress to Darwen Aldridge Community Academy and benefit from a structured transition programme. Our partnership with this and other academies in our family, also offers wider opportunities including advisory support staff who work with our teachers, learning support staff who work with our children, sixth formers who work with our children, teacher training opportunities through School Direct, and involvement in leadership development as part of a national organisation.
Outside of the classroom, being part of the multi-academy trust also means that the school benefits from additional support including Finance, Commercial Developments, HR, Building and Estates and IT. These all contribute to providing the environment where our children can achieve their potential.
